Skiene håndplukkes på fabrikken og tas ut til løperen etter vekt og ferdigheter med eget måleutstyr og egen erfaring. Vi monterer bindinger og grunnprepper også skiene for deg om ønskelig. RACING SERIES
Karhu Racing skis are made by using light and durable Nomex- aramid core. The framework is strengthened with high level carbon composite laminates to give optimal bending and rigidity. Karhu Race Classic waxing zone optimizes the kick phase and transfers the force into forward movement.
Karhu Race Skate is specially strengthened under foot to optimize dynamic "rebound" effect and direct the force for maximum acceleration and speed.
Pressure areas in gliding zones, of both Skate and Classic skis have been produced in accordance with snow conditions to bring the best possible glide in each condition.
Special sintered racing bases absorb wax optimally and are stone ground with a universal structure, which differs for cold and warm conditions.

PERFORMANCE SERIES
Karhu Velox performance skis are constructed with Form injected UHD-foam. The framework is strengthened with high level carbon/fiberglass composite laminates to give optimal bending and rigidity.
Karhu Velox Classic waxing zone optimizes the kick phase and transfers the force to forward movement.
Karhu Velox Skate is also specially strengthened under foot to optimize dynamic "rebound" effect and direct the force for maximum acceleration and speed. Sintered racing bases absorb wax optimally and are stone ground with a universal structure.
Karhu Beargrip is a chemical grip coating, which gives great kick and good glide. Beargrip skis are waxless skis for universal conditions, at its best around 0°C/32°f. It is recommended to treat Beargrip skis with start Anti-Ice liquid to repel dirt and promote glide.

Karhu Race Carbon Skate is a stable and well fitting carbon constructed racing boot for skating with the SNS-Pilot 3 World Cup Carbon Skate sole. Torsion rigid carbon einforced soles together with rigid rotating cuffs provide effective force transfer for forward movement. Pivot point placed 17mm from boots toe for improved power transmission and excellent ski control. "Race-lacing" with internal rapid lacing system and warm inner sock covered with flexible high quality fabric guarantees comfort and anatomic fitting. Fabrics and zipper are water resistant.

The pivot point is placed 17mm from the boots toe for improved power transmission and excellent ski control. "Race-lacing" with an internal rapid fastening system and warm inner sock covered with flexible high quality fabrics guarantee comfort and anatomic fitting. Fabrics and zipper are water resistant.
